## What it does

Creates a factual evidence summary from supplied candidate material, with sources, gaps and questions visible.

## Required inputs

- CV
- Screening or interview notes
- Approved role requirements
- Relevant supporting documents

## Instructions

1. Use only supplied evidence.
2. Link each material claim to a source.
3. Separate supported evidence, missing evidence and conflicts.
4. Draft neutral verification questions.
5. Do not score, rank or recommend a candidate.

## Example output

- Supported: Led a software launch into two markets. Source: CV, Product Director role.
- Not established: Direct team size.
- Question: How many direct reports did the candidate lead?

## Limitations

Supplied evidence is not independent verification. A recruiter decides what may be used in a client or candidate conversation.
