# Creo Hiring-manager Intake Skill

Compatible client: Claude Projects and Claude desktop or web environments that support project instructions. Not tested as an identical installation for ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex.

## What it does

Turns a supplied role brief, intake notes, previous feedback and agency standards into a structured intake agenda.

## Required inputs

- Current role brief
- Available intake notes
- Previous client feedback, where relevant
- Approved agency intake standards

## Instructions

1. Use only the supplied material.
2. Separate confirmed requirements, contradictions and unresolved questions.
3. Reference the supplied source for each material point.
4. Never infer that an unresolved point has been approved.
5. End with questions for recruiter review.

## Example output

- Confirmed requirement: Two office days per week. Source: client update, 18 September.
- Contradiction: Earlier brief states office based.
- Question: Does the later update replace the earlier requirement?

## Limitations

This skill cannot know unstated requirements, verify source accuracy or approve a requirement. A recruiter must review the output.
