Who we are
Creo Systems designs websites for small businesses. Our business address is 1603 Capitol Ave Suite 413G-2348, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. You can reach us at taps@creosystems.io.
What we collect
When you request a free website report, we collect:
- the website address you give us
- your first name and email address
- your answers to the short questions (your industry, what a good week looks like, your biggest worry and whether you reply to enquiries the same day)
- whether you would like occasional website tips
- a read of up to three public pages of the website you gave us, such as the homepage and a contact or services page
When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, the services you picked, your message and the page you sent it from.
We also record basic technical details such as the date and time and your browser type, to keep the forms working and to stop abuse.
Why we collect it
We use these details to write and email your report, reply to your message, prevent spam and misuse, and, only if you ticked the box, send you occasional website tips. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and the report:
- our website hosting and database provider, which stores the details above
- an email delivery provider, which sends your report and our replies
- an AI provider, which receives the findings from your report (not your email address) to help write a short summary
- a website-reading provider, which fetches the public pages of the website you gave us
These providers process the information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. We review what we hold every 12 months and remove what we no longer need.
Asking for a copy or deletion
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email taps@creosystems.io from the address you used. We will delete your report, your messages and our email records for that address.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
